With more than 20 years of customer service experience, and an associate's degree in general studies from South Plains College, Maurissa brings a strong background in client relations, team leadership, billing operations, financial administration, account security, and business administration to Beck Law Firm in Lubbock, Texas. With her 15-year corporate experience, she developed valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and building lasting relationships through attentive, personalized service.
Her professional background also includes serving as an Office Manager, where she gained hands-on experience in billing operations, financial administration, and the careful handling of sensitive information. With 18 years of experience in account security, she understands the importance of confidentiality, accuracy, discretion, and earning the trust of those she serves.
Outside the office, she is passionate about giving back to her community. She volunteers annually at the local food bank and has supported local school concession stand activities for the last six years. Maurissa also enjoys traveling, watching movies, and spending time with family and her fur babies!
